Wine tours are growing in popularity by leaps and bounds. And for good reason!
It starts with a weekend drive to see the fall foliage in the Finger Lakes
region. Stops abound to some of the most famous wineries on the East Coast. Each
stop has a wonderful view and some have tours of the wine making process. Free
samples are plentiful but be careful because each lake has many wineries and you
will want to keep you senses from becoming too stimulated that you miss out on
all the sights and sounds that continue right up to the end of the tour. At the
southern end of the lake plan a layover for a light lunch in some very
interesting restaurants. After a few local sites its back up the other side of
the lake for more samples. This is such a special way to spend time with family
and friends that you just don't get to see as much as you use to. Old memories
will be relived and new ones will be made. We promise this will be one of the
most fulfilling journeys you ever have taken so close to home.
